Healthy Regeneration is a wellness centre dedicated to supporting health, wellbeing, recovery, and self-care through a range of complementary therapies, advanced wellness technologies, beauty treatments, and personalised wellness services. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can explore options that align with their personal health and wellbeing goals.
Every individual is unique. Many clients choose to begin with one of our wellness assessments or scans to establish a baseline understanding of how their body is functioning. However, clients are welcome to book directly into any service. Our team can also provide guidance and recommendations based on your individual needs and goals.
Yes. We offer personalised wellness consultations and treatment plans tailored to your individual circumstances, goals, and preferences. These plans may incorporate a combination of therapies designed to complement one another and support your overall wellbeing journey.
Yes. Healthy Regeneration currently accepts new clients on a referral basis only.
Referrals may come from existing clients, healthcare practitioners, allied health professionals, support coordinators, carers, family members, or other trusted sources. This approach helps us ensure that individuals seeking our services are appropriately supported and that we can determine whether our services are suitable for their individual circumstances and goals.
If you have been referred to Healthy Regeneration and are unsure where to begin, our team will be happy to discuss your needs and help guide you towards the most appropriate services.
Appointments can be made online, by phone, email, or via our social media channels. To ensure availability and the best possible experience, booked appointments are preferred.
Yes. Healthy Regeneration offers overnight EES sessions as well as private room bookings for individuals seeking a more personalised experience.
Overnight sessions provide clients with the opportunity to spend extended time in the EES environment while resting and relaxing. Private bookings are also available for individuals, couples, families, carers, or small groups who prefer a more private setting.
As availability for overnight and private sessions is limited, advance bookings are recommended. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements, availability, and the options best suited to your individual needs.
Our clinic is open:
● Tuesday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
● Wednesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
● Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
● Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
● Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Additional appointment times may occasionally be available for selected services.
Yes. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur an $80 cancellation fee.
Some services require a deposit to secure your booking. If applicable, this will be discussed when your appointment is scheduled.
Your first visit is designed to be comfortable and informative. You will be asked to complete a client intake form and provide relevant health information. Depending on your appointment, we may discuss your goals, medical history, lifestyle factors, and treatment preferences to help ensure the most appropriate and safe experience.
Yes. All clients are required to complete a health and consent form before commencing services. Full disclosure of any medical conditions, medications, implants, devices, allergies, or other relevant health information is essential to help us determine suitability and provide services safely.
Not all therapies are suitable for every individual. Suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your health history, current circumstances, medications, implants, and individual needs.
Yes. Children may be able to participate in selected services; however, suitability is assessed individually and parental or guardian consent may be required.
Absolutely. In fact, combining therapies is something we often recommend. Many of our services are designed to complement one another and can be incorporated into a personalised wellness plan to help maximise your overall experience and support your individual goals.
Preparation requirements may vary depending on the service booked. Generally, we recommend arriving well hydrated, wearing comfortable clothing, and allowing sufficient time to relax and enjoy your experience. Our team will advise you if any specific preparation is required.
Some services may include specific aftercare recommendations. Any relevant aftercare instructions will be discussed with you during your appointment to help you get the most from your experience.
Yes. We welcome NDIS participants and aged care clients where our services align with their goals, care plans, and support requirements. Each individual is assessed to determine suitability and ensure services can be delivered appropriately.
Yes. We understand that some clients may feel more comfortable attending appointments with a family member, support person, carer, or guardian.
We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients and are happy to accommodate support persons where appropriate. If you plan to bring someone with you, we recommend letting our team know when booking your appointment so we can make any necessary arrangements.
For children and individuals requiring additional assistance, a parent, guardian, carer, or support person may be required to attend or remain present during certain services.
No. Our services are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your doctor or healthcare practitioner. We encourage all clients to continue working with their healthcare team regarding any medical concerns.
Yes. Healthy Regeneration believes in an integrated approach to health and wellbeing. Many of our clients continue to work with their GP, specialist, allied health practitioner, or broader healthcare team while accessing complementary wellness services at our clinic.

The number of sessions varies from person to person and depends on individual goals, circumstances, and the services being undertaken. Recommendations can be discussed during your consultation or appointment.

Yes. We stock a range of wellness products, supplements, personal care items, and health-supportive products that can be purchased both in-clinic and remotely.
Absolutely. Many of our clients purchase products regularly without attending appointments. Whether you are an existing client or have been referred to our clinic, our team is happy to assist with product enquiries and orders.
