Healthy Regeneration is a wellness and complementary health clinic offering a range of services, wellness programs, events, retail products and educational resources.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all website visitors, clients, customers and participants.

By booking or attending an appointment with Healthy Regeneration, clients acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information regarding their health history, medical conditions, medications, allergies and any other information relevant to their treatment.
Clients agree to inform Healthy Regeneration of any changes to their health status, medications, pregnancy status or other relevant circumstances prior to receiving services.
Healthy Regeneration relies on the information provided by clients when determining the suitability of treatments and services. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the safety, suitability or effectiveness of a treatment.
Clients acknowledge that participation in any treatment, therapy, service or wellness program is voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion.

Healthy Regeneration may provide selected services to children and persons under 18 years of age where deemed appropriate.
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent prior to any treatment being performed on a minor.
Healthy Regeneration reserves the right to require a parent or legal guardian to be present during consultations and treatments involving minors.
The parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for providing accurate health information relating to the minor and for advising Healthy Regeneration of any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies or other factors that may affect treatment.
Healthy Regeneration reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where appropriate consent has not been provided or where treatment is considered unsuitable.

Appointments may be made by phone, email, SMS or other approved booking methods.
Some services require a booking fee, some require full payment at the time of booking, and others may be paid on the day of the appointment. Payment requirements vary depending on the service being booked.
Clients will be advised of payment requirements at the time of booking.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or where a client fails to attend their appointment without notice, an $80 cancellation fee will apply.
Healthy Regeneration reserves the right to require payment of outstanding cancellation fees prior to accepting future bookings.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

All payments made to Healthy Regeneration are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Missed appointments
• Late cancellations
• Unused portions of packages or promotions
• Services already provided

Where a booking fee or prepayment is required, that payment may be forfeited if cancellation occurs outside the required notice period.

From time to time Healthy Regeneration may offer promotional packages, special offers or discounted services.
Promotional offers may be subject to expiry dates, conditions and limitations which will be specified at the time of promotion.
Promotional offers cannot be redeemed after their advertised expiry date.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are:

• Non-refundable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Not replaceable if lost or stolen

Unused balances remaining after expiry may not be redeemable.

Bookings for workshops, events, sound healing sessions and similar group activities require payment at the time of booking.
Payments for these events are non-refundable.
If Healthy Regeneration is required to cancel an event, participants may be offered a transfer, credit or refund at our discretion.

Payment for EES sessions is generally required at the time of attendance unless otherwise specified.
Healthy Regeneration reserves the right to alter session schedules, availability and pricing without notice.
Participation in EES sessions is voluntary and clients are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

Healthy Regeneration may offer wellness products, supplements, personal care products, educational resources and other items through our clinic and online store.
Product descriptions are provided in good faith; however, individual suitability remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
Clients should carefully review ingredient lists and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Healthy Regeneration ships products Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are payable by the customer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services and external factors beyond our control.
Healthy Regeneration is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier providers

We take great care when preparing and packaging our products.
As we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we encourage customers to carefully review their order before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
